Every expert I know talks about the importance of building a list. They share intimate details of how their list is their ultimate expression of leverage in their internet business and also their saving grace when money gets tight.
What they are truly saying is that their list is their audience. The group of people they are building a relationship with, who may want to do business with them but need more information before they are willing to open up their wallets.
So when a person becomes part of your list, meaning they give you their email address in exchange for sampling the value you can provide, what they are really saying is they want to date you. They want you to wine and dine them to find out if you're the correct person or company they should spend money with.
They want to qualify you and find out if you're expertise on a particular subject is as deep as you say it goes. The process of list building is not difficult. You simply purchase traffic (interested visitors) and drive them to a landing page where you request their name and email address in exchange for something of value.
This could be a free report, video, product, service, or pretty much anything. The point is you open the lines of communication so you can prove the value you can provide upfront before the prospect (or person that gave their information) has to make an investment. Once you have delivered on that value, then a level of trust is built and your list then becomes responsive.
This just means that when you send out an email, the people on your list are highly likely to open the email, read it in excitement, and click through to any links you include. This needs to be your ultimate goal in building the relationship because from then on you can monetize the list for life.
Imagine waking up each day and spending 30 minutes to one hour writing an email or a blog post. For example, maybe you're a really good cook and you're sharing the details of how to make a certain gluten free recipe that you know the prospects on your list will love.
And, maybe you just so happen to include a little information after the recipe that if they want more recipes like this, then they should check out a brand new ebook/video series on the topic. An ebook/video series created by another expert who is selling their product through the Clickbank Marketplace, where it just so happens you can earn an affiliate commission of $20.00 for each unit sold.
So you complete your email with the recipe and recommendation in it, and you send it out to your list of people from all around the globe. It took you about an hour to complete and you go about your business for the rest of the day. The next day you check your stats and see that many people opened the email, clicked the email, and you generated over $500.00 in sales from the recommendation off of just one email!
Wow that is insane! Now imagine if you sent out valuable content every other day with a recommendation or every day, how much more money could you earn per week, per month, or even per year? The possibilities are endless, especially since you will be continuing to grow your list over time.
"Okay Juan, I think I get it and having a list that is responsive sounds great. But if it were that easy to make money online then why isn't everyone doing it?"
Well, because building a list and turning it into a responsive list is not that simple after all. It takes a lot of hard work, creative juices, and more importantly, an understanding of how to deliver content over time kind of like a radio or TV station.
There are new skills you need to learn and ultimately you have to invest continuously into your marketing efforts to grow the list in the first place. But what if there were a different way to do things to where all of your emails are already pre-written for you and all you had to do was purchase the traffic to drive to an already pre-made for you landing page(s).
Meaning instead of having learn the hard way how to do things by yourself, you simple copy what another expert is doing and leverage their emails, landing pages, and systems to get results quickly.

The opportunity to purchase traffic and see their list grow every day, while they earn $20 to $4,000 per day, without doing any other work.

The Importance Of Leverage & Why You Need It Now
The last few months for me have been a very busy time in my life. I have been putting together an offer to launch in a CPA (Cost Per Action) Network and it has been extremely challenging and fun.
A CPA network is the ultimate expression of leverage in the affiliate marketing world. It provides business owners with products (digital or tangible) and services to sell the potential to get an unlimited number of sales on a daily basis.
This is accomplished through the affiliate relationships that the network owners have been able to set up. So through the relationship you create with the network owners, you are able to leverage the expertise of their affiliates and generate massive (and consistent) amounts of sales and profits in a very short period of time.
We've been quoted on several occasions that our company reaching 500 to 1000 orders a day within the next 6-9 months as we ramp up and scale our traffic is not going to be a problem.
Can you even imagine that many sales each day right now for your business?
Do you believe its even possible for you?
Can you imagine the leverage and time freedom it could create in your life?
What if there were a way for you to accomplish similar results for yourself without having your own product or service. One that allowed you to plug into a proven system that provided you with a different kind of leverage.

So the lessons for you today should be very simple:
1. Stop trying to build success online the hard way on your own.
2. Find a mentor/coach who can guide you and...
3. Make sure to leverage a proven system that can help you reach success ten times faster than you could do on your own.
Trust me, we tried it the hard way for 5 years online and failed miserably. Then we tried it with a proven system and a great mentor, and within 90 days we were making five figures plus per month in profits (not revenue but net profit) and have never looked back.
I don't share this with you to impress you, but to impress upon you the opportunity you have available to you right now. Don't make the same mistakes we did. Learn from our mistakes and hopefully you will make this easier on yourself and your family.

Part 2: 5 Daily Activities Of Successful Individuals
Today I am going to reveal the second activity successful people do on a daily basis. It is probably the most important of the five, because it directly affects whether or not you do the others at all.
Finding The Right Motivation
Motivation is one of the biggest reasons that most internet marketers don't attain any success. This happens mostly because of lack of energy or lack of clear thoughts on what to do.
Think about it for a minute, how many times have you read a book or an article that outlined a specific marketing plan (or a set of clear action steps), where you could make tons of money online? Probably more than once, right?
Well, what most people think after they read something like that is, "This is too much work or I don't know how to do what this person does. There is no way I can reproduce their success." So immediately since the first thought in their mind is negative, their motivation is not going to be there.
You see I have learned over the last 8 years of doing Internet marketing that people tend to evaluate each plan of action by how much total work is required on their part, instead of on whether or not the plan will help them reach their goals and dreams.
I want you to understand one key variable today. The reason most successful people are successful is not because they take huge leaps and bounds each day. It is because they are happy and content to take small baby steps that will culminate to a huge success over a long period of time.
This is where many people run into major problems and give up. They try to take shortcut after shortcut, and eventually they are lost. People need to stop being lazy and start applying what they learned when they were children.
Do you remember being successful at reading or playing a sport the first time you tried it? No, of course not. It took time and a lot of practice to become efficient and successful at whatever you were doing. The same thing applies with Internet Marketing.
For the most part, becoming a huge success online does not happen overnight. This is why having the right motivation is so important. You are going to have to find a motivating force inside of you to push you to succeed.
Whether you are motivated by money, competition, power, or even better, helping your fellow human being, you are going to have to find it within you. Once you know why and for who you are working so hard each day for, it gets a lot easier to get up and get things accomplished. In fact, it becomes fun!
My motivations are very simple and can be divided into two parts. The first is to help as many people as possible to reach the same type of success I have reached. The second is to achieve and maintain total financial and time freedom, so I am able to share my life with my wife, daughter, family, and my friends, anytime I choose.
So how can you find your motivation? Take a deep look inside yourself and find out what is most important to you. Make a list and write it down from most important to least important.
Take a separate sheet of paper and write down the following:
"I, Your Name, promise to get up or stay up late each and every day to do the work that is necessary to achieve my goals and dreams. I am determined and will not quit. I am doing this everyday because.... then list your reasons."
Post that right in front of your computer and make sure you read it every morning before you get started, until you have it memorized. Then, you will not forget and you will not give up until you have reached your success.
As I stated earlier, my motivation is helping other people succeed and achieve total freedom like I have. What will it be for you?
